Itinerary

Day 01 :
Arrival in Rameswaram

Upon arriving in Rameswaram, you'll check into your hotel and settle in before heading out for the day's spiritual journey. Your main visit today is to the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is known for its intricate corridors and majestic gopurams, and its atmosphere is steeped in devotion and spirituality. Here, you can also perform the traditional teerth snanam (holy bath) at the 22 sacred wells located within the temple premises, which is believed to cleanse the soul. After your time at the temple, return to your hotel for a peaceful evening

Day 02 :
Rameswaram to Madurai

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Rameswaram and embark on a scenic drive to Madurai, which takes approximately four hours. Upon arrival in Madurai, check in to your hotel and take a short rest before heading out for a visit to the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in South India. This temple, dedicated to Goddess Meenakshi and Lord Sundareswarar (Shiva), is a marvel of Dravidian architecture, featuring towering gopurams adorned with thousands of colorful sculptures. Spend the afternoon exploring the temple complex and absorbing the spiritual ambiance. As evening falls, you may wish to take a stroll around the vibrant streets of Madurai before
returning to your hotel.

Day 03 :
Madurai to Kanyakumari

After an early breakfast, check out from your hotel and set out for a four-hour drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India. Upon reaching Kanyakumari, check into your hotel and later visit the Kumari Amman Temple, dedicated to the virgin goddess Kanya Kumari, a manifestation of Goddess Parvati. This temple is an important pilgrimage site, located right on the coast where the Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean meet. After offering prayers, take time to explore the temple surroundings, where the beauty of nature enhances the spiritual atmosphere. As the day ends, head to the beach to witness the breathtaking sunset over the confluence of the three seas. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 04 :
Kanyakumari to Trivandrum

After breakfast, you'll check out from your hotel in Kanyakumari and take a two to three-hour drive to Trivandrum. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and prepare for a visit to the grand Padmanabhaswamy Temple, one of the wealthiest temples in the world and dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is a stunning blend of Kerala and Dravidian architectural styles, with intricate carvings and rich historical significance. Inside, the deity of Lord Vishnu reclines majestically on the serpent Anantha, offering devotees a serene and awe-inspiring experience. After spending time at the temple, return to your hotel to relax and reflect on your journey.

Day 05 :
Departure

After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy some free time to explore the city or visit any nearby spots of interest before heading to the airport or railway station for your onward journey, taking with you the blessings and spiritual memories of this pilgrimage.
